We are Excited About Our Comprehensive Approach to Supportive Services
*We survey: our community to discover what resources that can be used to empower our program’s participants.
*We become advocates: of the neighborhood’s interests by representing community concerns to political figures and to other public and private agencies.
*We take inventory: of ways in which our program builds participants’ skills and talents.
*We assess: how are we are helping participants to access other community resources in building their strengths?

“They come to our program homeless, destitute, broke, and hungry, as well as needing a job, needing training, needing clothing, needing resources. We provide them with housing, food and clothing subsidies and referral services that will prepare them for the long haul.”
It is our experience that incorporating evidence-based practices and assesment tools in our program improves transition success and increases the likelihood of returning back to homelessnes.
